In light of the Project description above, the Consultant shall carry out the assignment with a view to achieving the following objectives:\n1. Due Diligence for Project Appraisal\nProvide the Beneficiary and AFD with all information, analyses, and documentation necessary to support the potential approval of the Project, in accordance with national validation procedures and AFD’s internal appraisal and financing processes. This includes a comprehensive assessment of the Project’s technical, financial, economic, institutional, environmental, social, gender and climate-related dimensions.\n2.
